A three bedroom, 2 storey duplex apartment located on an exclusive development

8 minutes drive from the beautiful walled city of Chester. The apartment is situated in the new wing of the main house which dates back to the 1800’s.

 

Accommodation

 

A double bedroom with 5 Ft bed, fitted bed room furniture and large en-suite shower room with power shower.

A large single room with fitted furniture and a small single room with furniture.

 

We can offer a 'put-u-up' bed for the large single bedroom if needed as and extra bed.

 

There are 5 total bed spaces and a large family bath room with bath and over power shower for the other two bedrooms.

 

Down stairs there is a large lounge with gas coal effect fire, a 32inch Plasma TV, CD player with a selection of films, a basket of jigsaws, cards and assorted family games. The lounge also has French Doors which open on to a south facing patio with dining table, chairs and a BBQ for the summer, there is also a small grassed area for seating if you prefer. A dining room to seat 6 and a fully equipped kitchen and a cloak room completes the accommodation

 

Free Chester City Parking may be available at certain times. A hospitality basket of fresh milk, bread, cereals, butter, tea, coffee and sugar will be supplied (for any special requirements please notify at time of booking).

All cleaning and dish washing ingredients and cloths will also be provided.

All beds will be made up ready for new guests and clean towels supplied.
